No. The AYA Women's Fitness & Wellness library offers instructional videos for beginners on form for movement, and offers the beginning basics in both nutrition and wellness. Voice guided movement sessions offer instructions throughout the whole video.
Yes. Virtual movement sessions offer modifications for movements throughout the videos. There are also specific modification videos for those that experience chronic pain in specific areas. These videos are designed to help you learn how to manage that pain through postural alignment.
The nutrition videos will offer sample days for planning nutrition, but do not offer personalized meal plans for individuals. The nutritional education is designed to help you shift into a more mindful and intuitive eating style, letting your body take part in the planning.
The AYA wellness videos will help support your overall wellbeing throughout the day. This section uses many different techniques to help you improve your day-to-day wellbeing such as guided meditations, journaling prompts, mindset reframing exercises, breath work and more. Wellness videos are meant to inspire you to offer loving and lasting care to yourself.
