Welcome to AYA Women's Fitness and Wellness

Welcome to AYA Women's Fitness & Wellness — a virtual fitness and wellness guidance library. This library was designed with the high-performing, boss-babe, can-do, superwoman in mind. The guidance videos offer a wealth of knowledge and a wide range in fitness capabilities. No matter where you are in your wellbeing, there will be a video that resonates with you and that you can comfortably engage with.

The goal of the programming is to have you transform from a superwoman into the Goddess that you are. Many women perform in the world as if they are superhuman. While it is an incredible skill to possess, it is exhausting to keep up for long. AYA wants to see women reside in a Goddess-like energy — secure, healthy, capable, and peaceful.

Two of the key benefits of being an AYA member are convenience and cost. Work from anywhere. There's no need to stop when traveling — all you need is internet access. AYA brings highly trained coaching to women in Ghana, and beyond, for a fraction of the cost of individual training.

Meet Sarah Enouen.

Sarah Enouen is a fitness, nutrition, and wellness coach who's been in the industry since 2010. She has helped hundreds of clients individually and thousands through group fitness training. The very knowledge she offers here is the same knowledge she uses personally. She noticed a lack of fitness and wellness programs and understood how expensive that can be. That is why she created AYA Women's Fitness & Wellness.

Yes. Movement sessions offer modifications throughout. There are also specific modification videos for those who experience chronic pain — designed to help you manage that pain through postural alignment.

The nutrition videos offer sample days for planning, but not personalized meal plans. The nutritional education is designed to help you shift into a more mindful and intuitive eating style — letting your body take part in the planning.
Do subscriptions automatically renew?+
